Really reliable and good that they have us a battery pack free with it! Would use again!

Booked the wifi for 2 weeks, I recived it at the airport in the post office in a bag charged with instructions (and the pre-paid return envelope for the post office). I really like how everything was extremly simple, the quality/price was perfect and the insurance was really cheap too. The wifi signal also is really good, we connected 3 devices and had no problems at all even in metros. Definitely worth it! I'm going to take this wifi again next time :)

Absolutely great. Wireless from arrival airport to departure airport.

Easy to locate at the airport, with easy instructions to setup the wifi. Did not have a blind spot anywhere we went in the Tokyo area. The return was just as easy with the return package and post office at the airport.

Exceeded my expectations. I will look to Japan-Wireless again for my pocket WiFi needs the next time I visit Japan.

I was very satisfied with Pocket WIFI (Premium 187 Mbps). Work everywhere and its really that fast. The pick-up and drop-off service is flawless ... EXCELENT!!

Everything was perfect and easy:
- from ordering to pick up at the airport
- it is easy to use and set up
- it is powerful, small size, longlasting battery & convenient charger
- you can use several devices same time
- we had exellent coverage any place we went
- easy return system (we just droped it to a postbox at airport)
We travel to Japan regularly, this was a great discovery which made our last trip so much easier and pleasant.
We will from now on use it every time and can just highly recommend it!

Very easy to collect and return. Superb unlimited connection. Comes with power bank which is very handy. So happy I used japan wireless during our travels in Japan.
