I pre ordered the wi-fi device, it was waiting for me when I arrived at my hotel....seamless. Connection strength was perfect and easy to return....just pop in the pre addressed envelope and into the nearest mailbox. I will definitely use Japan wireless for my next trip.

Would highly recommend this product to anyone travelling to Japan. We picked ours up at Narita Airport. Within minutes it was activated. Then just placed it in the supplied envelope and posted it at the airport as we left. Worked in all areas across Japan.
