We picked the portable WiFi from KIX and dropped it off in a mailbox 18 days later when we departed from HND. No issues with service at all. Pick up and drop off were easy. Would recommend.

Very easy to use and reliable to navigate in Japan.
Portable wifi was for us the only connection with the world. Easy to pick up and return.

Service ws really good untill now and I did not have signall loss issues even if I was travelling through rhe mountains. I had an issue with activating the esim but support was really quick and solved the issue. Thank you.

We rented for a week from Narita. Easy to rent and return. Worked great all week without exception. Never needed a charge during day...

Had easy pick up from Narita and left it with the front desk at our hotel in Osaka who sent it away for us. Had good coverage throughout our trip, the only time was high in the hills of Hakone, it was hard to connect. Will definitely use again.

Pick up of device from the Airport was a breeze! Device worked perfectly around Tokyo and returning the package was really easy. I will definitely use this again
