This was vital to our trip, we were able to look up anything at anytime and did not have a single issue. This is a MUST when traveling!

The signal was great and battery was enough to have internet all day. I recomend it!

I never had any problems with the pocket wifi.

The pocket WiFi from Japan Wireless worked great while I was traveling in Japan. The service was fast and very convenient. My only complaint was that the battery was very low (but not completely dead) when it arrived, so when I tried to connect it did not work and it took me some time to figure out why, as the directions said it would work immediately

Pick up was hassle free, getting connected was a breeze, and never being without WiFi was Awesome. No matter where you are you will always be able to FaceTime loved ones and take them on your journey to Japan from Hawaii! Highly Recommend!

Picked wifi up at Narita airport. Instructions easy and concise.
Worked right off the bat with no issue at all. Charged the external battery every night and worked non-stop the next day and evening. Used it all over Tokyo, worked at Mt Fuji flew to Okinawa and worked great on the entire island. Dropped it in the mailbox at Haneda airport in Okinawa with the included envelope. Easy peasy. Highly recommended.

If I’ll get the chance to visit Japan for the third time, I’ll be booking the wireless device from them again! Easy to pick up and drop off, the price you pay for 2 weeks of unlimited usage is the best choice since your mobile phone provider will cost too much. Package includes, wireless device, Japanese ac adaptor, usb charging cable, power bank, instructions in English, zip-lock bag and return cardboard envelope. We booked 2 device and had 0 issues, the battery lasted the whole day and we always had 2 power banks as backup that we could use for charging mobile phones too. Really a nice experience with Japan-Wireless!
