Ordering a portable wifi device with Jap Wireless was so easy.

They make it effortless for you. Everything I pre-ordered online was delivered in one package to the requested mail address, all worked fine with no issues, and once I was done with it, all I had to do was to drop it in a local post box. I'm looking forward to use this service again next time in Japan.

Absolutely one of the best expenses in our trip to Japan.
Everything was perfect: delivery at the airport, the connection in every place of Japan we visited or travelled (also in the mountains) till the easy way to return it.
Only a negative aspect but absolutely with no impact in the final experience: the second battery we received had a very short duration but we did not utilized because the wireless device had a very long duration being turned on for all the day and recharging during the night
