Quick and easy pick up at the airport, and excellent service and speed throughout Japan on a 12 day trip. Never without WiFi, and was a viral tool to our travel

The wireless gadget was already delivered at the hotel when I arrived and sending it back through the airport post office when I left was easy. Good reception in all places I travelled: Shiroishi, Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, Himeji, Hakone and even in Mountainous regiobs while hiking. It was very useful for checking train routes while travelling.
Only problem I had was battery capacity was not enough for a full day. There was also frequent connection interruptions and had to restart the gadget to reestablish connection, this was a problem when we needed information on the spot.

Otherwise very good service, I recommend it for tourism in Japan.

Super convenient and handy, I love that you just have to find a postbox to return the items. Wi-fi a bit slow to start, otherwise worked perfectly.

The process was very easy for pick up and delivery (just leave it in a post box) and the signal was great everywhere we went. I recommend it and will definitely use it in my next visits to Japan.
