We used Japan wireless on our honeymoon. I made the order on the website a few days before we travelled and the device was delivered to our hotel for arrival. We simply turned it on and connected to the hotspot and we were good to go ! We used it for messaging, navigation and streaming media and never had a problem. It really did make our trip run so smoothly being able to just quickly look things up on the internet without trying to find a hotspot or pay insane roaming charges. At the end of the trip we simply put all the stuff in a prepaid envelope at the airport. Highly recommend using this service.

JW's 3G Wi-Fi router and the SIM cards worked very well in all locations I went - Tokyo,Hakone, Kyoto. So easy to set up and use. I will definitely hire from again.

I have no complaints about the device itself - signal was great all the time and battery life was pretty good - it would last from 8AM to 5PM approximately. Booking, pickup, setup and return processes went all very smoothly too. I can recommend their service.
