Ordered the router before getting to tokyo. The router was ready for pick up in airport, no line or waiting time. The router comes with a USB power bank which is very useful during travel for both router and phone. They also provide return envelope for router return. Wifi service was excellent everywhere, I didn't measure the speed but I didn't feel I need to do, as it was working like a 4G or better.

Everytime I go back to Japan I try a different Pocket Wi-fi, but this has the better price-quality offer.

I’ve used this company a couple times. This time, I noticed a problem with the WiFi disconnecting. Since it was early in my long rental, I decided to contact the company. They quickly sent me a replacement to make sure I did not have any additional problems. Great customer service!

Battery lasts all day. Had no issues using this with entire family. It never ran out when leaving in the morning and coming back at night. The spare portable battery backup that came with it was useful for charging phones.
