My wife and I both used this for our 3 week tour of Japan. It was waiting for us at the hotel when we arrived and worked perfectly throughout, with a really strong signal, for 2 iphones and an ipad. It was also small and light, so easy to carry in a small bag or pocket and comes with charger and plug. The charge was lasting us all day, so only had to charge overnight. I have recommended it to several people since we got back!

The wifi worked perfectly. The instructions were easy to follow. Pickup at the airport was straightforward. Will use it again.

A wonderful device that was very helpful during our one week Japan vacation.

We were very pleased with our Japan wireless pocket Wi-Fi I ordered it in advance and it was at our hotel on the date of our arrival. we used it successfully for about 20 days we hooked 2 to 3 devices on it and it worked fine. The set up instructions were easy as were the return instructions I would definitely use it again and recommend it

It was super easy to used. And I notice that I have better connection than other tourists. So for me was perfect.

I rented a pocket wifi from Japan wireless, which was at my hotel during check-in, all changed, ready to use with easy to follow instructions.
It came with a battery pack , cords case, return envelope. I used it from Tokyo, up to Niigata, Sakata, Akita, Hirosaki , Aomori , Sendai and returned to Tokyo without any problems.
I even asked for an extension which is done online. The service is on point!
I've been using their service for over 5 years going to Japan at least 2 or 3 times a year.
Return in a self mailed envelope; put it in a red box before entering customs and it's done!

Easy and convenient pick up system (I picked up mine at the hotel we stayed, the hotel receptionist gave it to me right after I checked in without even asking for it). Four of us used it for our entire trip, it came with power pack, so no worries about mini hotspot out of power since we used google map, google translate a lot. Drop off right at the airport with envelope included, super easy and convenient. I don’t like to download eSIM, so it is a wonderful alternative and I hope more countries will have mini hotspot rental.

Rented 4 units for our group for 5 days. Easy retrieval (pick up from KIX Terminal) and return process ( drop box in the same airport) Pocket WiFi’s coverage was extensive in almost all areas within Osaka and Kyoto. Battery lasted for the whole day. I never got to use the power bank that went with the kit. Price is reasonable . I will definitely rent again whenever I’m in Japan. Great service for a reasonable price.
