The whole experience was great. Easy ro reserve and pay using the website (and paypal). Delivery to hotel. No problem at all using the portable wifi. The additional power bank helps in those long touristy days.
Will repeat when we go back to Japan

Such a great product and service. We didnt use it often but it was great to know we had it just in case. Connecting to free WIFI was not easy. Will use it again when we are in Japan.

Good

efficient service. Detailed information. Everything really ok.

Me and other 3 friends bought this pocket-wifi and has really been a good choise. Thank to power bank you can recharge everytime you want and during the day you need just one a recharge. Thanks a lot

Perfect

Excellent service throughout communication great the wifi worked non stop great price will use again next time in Japan

Perfect connection was everywhere we traveled: Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka. Only in trains it was little bit slower. Battery was enough for 1 day. In general we think that it was genius decision to use pocket WiFi to enjoy our travel easy and comfortable.

Perfect!

Renting from Japan Wireless could not be any easier. Order processed within 48 hrs and device was ready for pickup as stated. Airport post office was closed as my departure flight was early; dropped in mailbox next to post office at airport and received prompt receipt confirmation within 48 hrs. Highly recommend Japan Wireless for those travelling to Japan.
