I was able to pick up my device at the time and location that it was ordered for. It worked well throughout my stay in Japan. Occasionally I had to charge it during the day as I spent 8-12 hours touring the city. Returning the device was simple and quick.

We used the wifi device for our 3 phones and 1 iPad. It’s definitely good price for those phones and iPad. Easy to pick up and send back. They even notify you that they receive the wifi device back. Love the service.
