I have nothing but great things to say about Japan Wireless. The process was smooth and convenient. It worked great in even small, remote areas. Customer service if I had questions, was responsive and supportive. I wish we had such a service in America! Thank you, Japan Wireless!

Quick pick up service, reliable connection throughout Tokyo area and simply return the device to the post box right before the departure gate at the airport.

We (2 couples) got 2 pocket wifi's (premium plan) to have 3 weeks of total carefree internet access. Pick-up at airport right after arrival was very easy as was the drop-off in mailbox at airport right before we left. We travelled in the Tokyo / Kanazawa / Kyoto region without any internet issues. All our devices (phones, tablets, watches ... ) were online everywhere and all day long. It all just worked. Highly recommend it and will use Japan Wireless again next time.

Great service and easy to set up.

We bought two 30-day sim cards and everything went smoothly. We picked them up at the airport in Kansai, Osaka. The setup was easy and they worked fine all the time. In some subway stations in Tokyo the coverage dropped a bit, but it could be normal, since you are in the subway and there are a lot of people.
From our point of view, it was an excellent choice for price and quality of service.

I spent a week in Tokyo, and Internet access was crucial for my stay there. The Japan Wireless Premium Wifi was a simple, yet fantastic solution for my needs. Small, easy to handle, and allowing me to have an uninterrupted high-speed access during my whole stay - this was a fantastic solution.

The receiving, handling and dispatching of the Wifi was a breeze. Next time I'm in Japan this will be amongst the first items to order again.
