Ulasan

Very efficient and reliable. Easy to claim. Easy to return.

Easy to use unit, very easy return option too, very useful to have a portal wi-fi

On arrival @Narita the post-office was closed because of typhoon Hagebis. So not pick-up possible.
Send email with our hotel location, and 2 hours later the package was delivered.
Very good service!
During our stay everything worked fine, good connection and speed.

Thanx guys !

Récupération facile, le stand était même ouvert avant l heure. Fonctionnement à la perfection.

Absolutely reccomend this device. Came to Japan for the Rugby world cup and it wasnt a problem at all. Had four people using it at once and the speed was amazing.

I searched different alternatives since i wasn't sure how and if it really is as easy as all the advertisements says. It is!!!
Ordered our pocket-wifi for a group of 4 people. Decided to have it delivered to our hotel. I paid for the pocket-wifi and from that day i got constantly updating information about my order. When we arrived to the hotel they gave me a big envelope with everything. We opened it and pressed "On", logged in with the password and that's litter

The package was delivered perfectly on time. The connection easy and immediate.
The quality if the connection was excellent: fast and stable.
It was a great surprise to get confirmation that the router was received back by Japan-Wireless. Very professional.

Japan Wireless worked faultlessly through our 12 day stay in Tokyo. For the group I had traveled with , it was available 24/7 to help with our our communication needs. Certainly I would recommend Japan Wireless to all visitors , to assist and help make their trip a pleasant experience.

Worked perfectly throughout my trip in Japan and the price was very affordable!

Great service. Device was waiting at hotel on my arrival. It was easy to use and worked fabulously
