Exactly how the other describe it

We used Japan Wireless Pocket wifi for our 2 week Japan bus tour. We had it delivered to our first hotel and everything set up so easily. Speed was great and I even ended up using it in hotels because it was better than the provided wifi.

They provide a backup power source, but I never needed it, even with several of us using it all day for mapping, googling, etc.

I turned it in with the provided mail package at the airport and got a confirmation email that the received the package.

I will use this service again!

The signal and performance was excelent, the battery life run for all the entire day. Extremely recomendable.

Speed was really good and in was totally unlimited. Unlimited plans from other rental companies sometimes have limited speed when you spend lots of data, but not with this one. 4stars because it’s little expensive. If it’s little more cheap, it can be 5stars.

Despite ordering the hotspot the night before I needed it, it was waiting for me at my hotel. Japan wireless offers a fantastic service I'll certainly use again on my next Japan trip.
