Works good in in Tokyo and in the mountins. ⛩

The service is on the dot and network coverage for the devise is fully statisfaction

Fantastic wifi reception all over Japan, easy pick up & return at post office. Will definitely recommend to other travellers.

I've used Japan Wireless on my trip to Osaka & Tokyo & had no issues with connection or service. Staff responds very quickly if you have any questions via email. I rated it 4 stars for my trip to Tokyo because I was not able to use the airport drop box to return it and had to pay (a small fee) to have it shipped by another postal service. I had ordered two devices and, unfortunately, when TWO are stacked it will not fit through the slot. You would have to carefully package everything flat for it to fit. I informed them of the issue & they took note. I will definitely use them again but just be aware when ordering two and packaging carefully for return through the post box.

5 stars customer experience.

I used it for work, including video streaming, and for finding my way around. I had no issues. The service was immaculate. Power bank was a real bonus.

Reliable and reasonably priced! Highly recommended!

Super easy to reserve. Pocket wifi was waiting for me when I checked in at hotel. Device worked great! Airport mail drop off was easy and convenient. Highly recommend!!

Convenient (delivered at the reception of my hostel) and not too expensive. Helped me a lot for my one month in Japan!

I went on a solo trip through Toyko, Kyoto and Osaka and it worked so well! No problems and the power bank that was given for free was so useful!!
