Excellent service, clear website and no hidden costs

Good communication and customer service. Device was a little wonky at times but that’s probably to be expected. Internet service was overall reliable. Easy to use device and logistics for pickup and drop off.

For a 7 day tourist visit to Japan recently, I bought the 7 day pocket WiFi service. We travelled Tokyo, Nagoya, Kyoto, Osaka and Hiroshima By Shinkansen and other public transport. The pocket wifi provided fast and uninterrupted wifi access where-ever we went. We will definitely consider the same if ever visiting Japan. It complimented our experience of Japan, making it more enjoyable having uninterrupted full time wifi access.

Great pocket at full speed and unlimited. Easy to pick up at the airport postal service and return. Come with external battery to keep your pocket wifi charge. Reasonable price. I will use them again when im visiting Japan again.

After shopping around for the best pocket wifi we settled on Japan Wireless which offered a second wifi for half the price (convenient for a group of 5 people who might not always stick together). They throw in a free charging bank and their data offering is unlimited. You can't go wrong with them as they even offer free cancellation!
