Ulasan

Very good service.
No problems except AC power adapter didn't work.
Why not five stars? Rates are high compared to competition.

Easy pick-up and return at Haneda airport. Worked very well in Tokyo and Okinawa. Only problem was charging cable was loose to repower the wifi. Over all great experience

Placing the order was fast and easy. The choices and charges are understandable and very reasonable.

Simply simple, best and economical way to have wireless everywhere you go.

I have been using this service for a long time and it is always deliver good service as expected.

The wifi was easy to order. I found it through a blog. I’m curious how it will work in japan, let’s find out!

Just like the title says

great communication and very organised
would definitely use again and recommend to friends.

Equipment was ready for collection as described. Instructions were clear. Network connection was reliable and fast. Return of equipment was easy at a post office. Very happy.

My friend and I rented the pocket wifi for the length of our stay in Japan and it was so convenient to have with us. Really great service, and picking up and dropping off the device was sorted out easily. Would definitely rent from Japan Wireless again!
