Equipment was ready for collection as described. Instructions were clear. Network connection was reliable and fast. Return of equipment was easy at a post office. Very happy.

My friend and I rented the pocket wifi for the length of our stay in Japan and it was so convenient to have with us. Really great service, and picking up and dropping off the device was sorted out easily. Would definitely rent from Japan Wireless again!

Getting a wifi device helped me save money on my trip to Japan. Instead of paying my cellphone provider for overseas access daily the wifi device was much more convenient. Unlimited data allowed me to not have to worry about data usage which made my trip much more fun.

I'd suggest using your own high capacity personal charger especially if you are doing full day trips without the ability to recharge till you get back to your hotel.
