Ulasan

Easy to order online, reliable delivery (was ready at the hotel for us to pick up), device worked well during our trip (good network service everywhere we went in Tokyo), & easy to mail back in pre-addressed envelope. We will definitely order through Japan Wireless again!

Very good service an return was super easy

Very pleased with this unit. It had great coverage wherever I traveled and I will use this again in my return trips.

easy to use and work great

A great service with high quality, totally needed if you go to Japan.

Excellent signal and long battery life! Conveniently delivered to my hotel and provided an easy way to return the device as well. Will definitely use Japan Wireless again!

The pocket wifi was easy to use and the wifi connection was stable. They were responsive and change the charger the next day when I mentioned to them that I was having issues with the charger. I will definitely rent from them.
