Everything was very easy
Smooth procedure from the start until return the product by just follow the simple and easy understanding instruction.RECOMMENDED!
The wifi worked perfectly, it was easy to pick up and very easy to return to a postbox when we were leaving.
Funcionou muito bem. Muito prático e com um valor que vale a pena. Estávamos conectados eu, minha esposa e minhas duas filhas e era ótimo.
I picked up my pocket wifi from Narita airport. Convenient pick up location, great service(I don’t speak much Japanese but it wasn’t a problem at all). Wifi worked flawlessly at all times. Drop off was also convenient. A small instruction sheet detailing drop off was included on the packaging. I’m not attached to my phone all the time, but I still consider this a necessary add-on to every trip I make to Japan.
Overall a great experience. Highly recommended.
A little comment for improvement will be to communicate more clearly on collection point at the airport. Took me awhile and walking to find the correct place to collect the router.
It’s easy to use and affordable
Awesome service I will always use Japan Wireless when I visit.
Great service. The device was easy to use.
This was my second time using Japan Wireless. I experienced some problems but they responded quickly and efficiently both times and made my wi-fi connection seamless.
