My 2nd time use Japan Wireless !!

A reliable and affordable service if looking for an unlimited plan.
Connection was smooth and only had few disconnections of service for a short period of time for 3 days travelling in Japan.

Really simple to set up. Great range and easy to renew if necessary. I'm so glad we discovered Japan Wireless!

We had issues at first with the sim and called the support for it. We got an answer in an hour. The sim was defect it seems and we were guaranteed a replacement. But instead, we got a mobile router unit, which is usually higher in price. On top of that we got the thing on the very next day, early in the morning, at a different hotel, which was in another city. Said hotel was also quite a bit further away from the city center in the mountains.

Perfect service. Gladly again, next time i visit. Can very much recommend.

Everything perfect. Timings, connection, battery. Costumer service was perfect too.

Great eSIM to use for Japan!

We used this wifi for 3 weeks. We were very happy with coverage and no loss of speed for the two of us. Pick up and drop off were easy with instructions in full English. It did get a bit dicey when a few friends join us, increasing the number of devices to 5, but overall there were no loss of speed or coverage. Highly recommended!

Ordered the hot spot with unlimited service two trips in a row. This time for a 15 night trip through 4 cities. Delivered to hotel, turned it on, and was all set the entire trip. Good economical option for families with multiple phones and tablets. Highly recommend.

The e-sim worked seamlessly/ Good value. Good coverage in regional Japan. Will use again.

We enjoy the Japan wireless during our trip in Mainland and Hokaido, smooth & problemless

Very easy to purchase and set up, great mobile coverage and speeds. Highly recommend
