I had a delayed flight and arrived to Japan after airport pickup hours. They quickly made a last minute drop off at my hotel so I was still able to have wifi that night.

The WiFi was at the hotel waiting for me upon arrival. It would easily be 5 stars but i was unable to get an itemized receipt even with multiple requests.

Super easy to use and great value. Hoping the pick up and use when we get to Japan is just as easy as the online ordering.

Highly recommend! My device was waiting for us at our hotel concierge. Very easy to use and reliable and internet service always available. Very reasonable rate for the 7 days we used it. Easy to return to mailbox…just dropped it off at mailbox and done. Will definitely use again!

It was so easy & convenient to order/request a pocket WiFi from this company. They had the option to have the WiFi delivered to our hotel. The return was easy as well…just to deposit it into a post box at the airport. SO EASY!!! Love it!

Japan Wireless was excellent. Hotel pick up, set up, use, and return via mail drop at the airport was very easy. Most of all, connectivity speeds were fast and...their BATTERY LASTS ALL DAY, INTO THE NIGHT unlike all other providers I have tried. I did not even need to use the secondary battery.

I ordered the data SIM for 15 days and it was a pleasant experience.
One week before my trip I already had my invoice number so I could pick up the package in a post office and it was just as easy picking it up.
Package comes with instructions on how to get your phone ready for both iOS and Android and came equipped with the little metal stick so you can open up your phone's SIM slot.
Overall this was just as I read it in this website and as you would expect!
