Was recommended to use Japan Wireless by a Facebook group for my wifi needs and we couldn’t fault it at all. The connection was great and the service was affordable. Also liked the convienience of dropping off the pack at the airport once we were done.

Easy to collect and drop off, fantastic coverage throughout our trip around Japan. We would have been lost without it. Totally value for money.

During our recent trip across Japan, we had the pleasure of using Japan Wireless' wifi modem.
We had it pre-delivered to our hotel. The set up was easy and across three devices, we found the wifi to be incredibly reliable, providing fast data speeds.
At the end of our trip, the drop-off process was simple and convenient. We returned the modem at the airport gates.
Overall, we had a great experience using Japan Wireless' wifi modem and would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Japan who needs a reliable and hassle-free internet connection.

This product is a perfect system to take away internet everywhere.

The WIFI worked perfectly everywhere that I visited from Nikko, north of Tokyo, all the way south to Miyajima. Everywhere that I went, I needed Google Maps, and this small device kept me connected. I would have been lost without it.

We picked up the hotspot for a 2 week stay in Tokyo from the airport. Worked flawless and easy return when done.

The portable WiFi was amazing. We had times, where the internet was a little slow, but it worked everywhere we went and it wasn't so bad it was unusable. Would recommend!
