Even though the clerk did not speak English, the pocket modem was easy to pick-up, activate and use. We picked it up at Haneda Airport and dropped it off in the "red" mail box at the Osaka Airport.

Rented a Wi-Fi device from Japan Wireless and it was easy to order, very reasonable price and very quick to deliver to our air bnb. Would rent from Japan Wireless again. Very satisfied customer.

I ordered 4 units, one for every member of my family. It served us all very well & was at my hotel when I arrived. Its connectivity was always fast, available & battery like of the units were surprisingly very long! Thank you
