Worked amazingly and was 100% worth the price

Everything was easy from the pickup to the return with Japanese Post. Instructions were easy to follow. The hot spot worked flawlessly and made our trip a lot easier with less hassle.

Great service and good that it came with power bank because I needed it!

There was absolutely no issue with the service.

Fast internet.

We are renting from Japan Wireless for several years, and were never disappointed. Excellent coverage throughout Japan.
Highly reccomended

I ordered a portable wifi from Japan Wireless before my 2 week trip to Japan. Everything was seamless - picked up package at Narita Airport as requested and dropped off to mailbox before leaving Tokyo. Wireless system worked great during travels all over Japan. Highly recommend!

The wifi provided by Japan Wireless was extremely helpful. It was reliable and so convenient to pick up at the hotel, set up to our phones, and return at the airport when we left.

The unlimited plan for the pocket Wi-Fi was amazing. Worked everywhere and was convenient . 10/10 recommend to get this one

I was quite impressed by how this unit worked. It did take me a couple of days, however, to realize that the auxiliary battery pack had to be turned off when not in use, otherwise it would slowly discharge over the course of the day. Once I figure that out, it worked flawlessly. I will use one of these units again, the next time I in Japan.
