This was our first time using Japan Wireless and we are very pleased. My family of 9 people took a trip to Japan. We ordered 3 sets to make sure we had enough coverage and flexibility within the group. Being from a different country where we relied heavy on the internet for directions, currency conversion, food/activity recommendations were important and Japan Wireless did not fail us. Very happy customer!

It lasted the whole day and I did not notice that there were dead spots in the places that I went to.

The process was easy - pick it up at the airport post office when you arrive. Put it in the provided return envelope and drop it in the post box at the airport when departing. Lightweight, convenient, and worked well.

When my flight was canceled the team helped me easily reschedule drop off to our hotel.

We are a family of 4 who have just got back from Japan a month ago. While visiting for 2 weeks, we were able to use the portable Wi-Fi throughout our journey without any problems, the pick up and return was easy. Will definitely be using again on our future trips

The delivery and return were very convenient. The charge lasted most of the day but the cord didn’t work well. I used one of my own and that worked much better to charge the unit. Also, my own external power bank worked much faster and better to recharge the unit when it ran low while we were out. Overall, I would say it is a good value and worth the price. I would rent it again.

I pick this company for my wireless hotspot every time I have business in Japan. Their internet service not only has coverage everywhere I need it to, but it also has the speed in which I need to have for my work. I will always use Japan Wireless.

There were a few times when the connection was slow but only for a short time. Nonetheless, it was a really big help during our whole trip. Will definitely rent a pocket wifi from you the next time we’re going to visit Japan again.

Pocket WiFi is very convenient and easy to use, without exchanging your own SIM. Saves alot of messing around. Strong connection. It's a must have gadget to get out and about in Japan.
