I knew that traveling with teenagers meant we’d need to do something about making sure we had access to decent WiFi. I came across Japan Wireless during my research, and reviewers rated it highly.

It was easy to order. Everything is explained clearly on the website so we knew what to expect. I had the device delivered to our hotel, and it was waiting there for us at checkin.

The instructions for use were straightforward and we had no problems with anything at all. The device held its charge well; we only needed to use the backup battery once.

I’m glad I made the decision to book the unit for our whole stay as the wifi at the ski resort was appalling so we just kept using our portable wifi.

Definitely money well spent!

Customer service was excellent. I’ve experienced slowness of internet connection. But overall experience was good

Used the WIFI device on 2 trips now. Excellent coverage everywhere we went.Easy pickup at Airport. A great ootion when visiting Japan.

I was very happy using your product and most specially your very wonderful country. Your product really reflects your country. Wishing you all Japanese people that always look for yourself always. I know behind those bright lights in the night are the hardworking people still working at night. Also, wishing fruitful 2024.

Simple and efficient to use. It was very helpful during my whole trip to Japan and will use it again next time for sure.

As usual, the service is excellent. I emailed a question regarding a missing portable battery pack and got a response right away. And I did find out that when receiving the pocket wifi on another island, the battery is not included since it cannot be shipped by air.

very good quality, easy to get, easy to give it back

Best quality/price I've found in Japan, recommended

I rented countless times. Never failed to impress us.

2nd time to rent a pocket WIFI from Japan Wireless and I'm very satisfied. 😊
