Easy to pick up and return and internet speeds are fast. Highly recommended!

The signal is strong. We went to different places and it’d doing well on the signal like playing videos, uploading and downloading. Will surely use the same pocket wifi when I get back to Japan! I miss Japan ❤️

We ordered 2, I am still giving a 5 star even though I had to go buy USB wires, as the ones that came with it were broken. One of the pocket WiFi's batteries ran out quick. The units need to be tested. But the speed and reliability just amazing. I will go back to Japan Wireless again. I tried multiple others, but Japan wireless is the winner. We traveled all over Japan.

The Unit is great include battery Bank and complete accessories. The Wifi signal are very Good even in the Hakone Mountain side. I Will surely used/rent again. I’m Happy with the Service and the experienced for this wifi Unit.

Alwaya arrives on time to my hotel!

I put in my plastic card information. They sent me everything required at the hotel I was staying in. It was there upon arrival. The trip was over, and I placed the devices in an envelope at some random store. They informed me that they had received it the following day. They provided what was needed, and made it seamless. Wireless connection was paramount for this trip and solving this issue without doing much work almost felt like cheating. Highly recommend.

Worked very well in Tokyo and Kyoto. Sometimes you need to reset to get signal but other than that it worked well.

Easy to connect. It came with powerbank and didn't run out of battery. We never encountered any problems using it. Highly recommended when you visit Japan 👍🏻
