Product is always delivered on time and works great during my business trips to Japan. Highly recommend using this product while traveling.

I selected Japan Wireless portable Wifi due to recommendations and comparing prices. It was easy to order via the web, arrived at my hotel within 24 hours and worked instantly. I carried the small device and the additional powerbank in my backpacker all over Japan with good connection even in the mountains of Koyasan. To return it I simply put the set into its envelope and dropped it in an official postal letter box. They confirmed reception within 48 hours. Very recommendable. Much better th esim as up to 5 persons can use the portable router at a time.

Every step was simple and easy. 100% would use them again. I got the mobile wifi at the airport no hassles and used it until I left and just dropped it off at the airport mailbox. No hassle and no problems!

I am very happy with Japan Wireless. The Pocket Wifi worked flawlessly, even on the subway. Battery lasted for the whole day. Fair price, easy to use and to return. Highly reccommended.

I used Japan Wireless in Osaka, Kyoto, Nara, Sapporo, Otaru and Tokyo and I never had problems. The signal was excellent no matter where I go. The fact that they deliver to your hotel and you can just drop it off at a postal box when you return it before your flight makes it more convenient for Japan tourists like me. Will definitely use it again when I come back to Japan

I found the e-sim to be reliable in Tokyo as well as throughout the Hakuba/Nagano area. It was much more convenient than the portable wifi that I used last time I came to Japan (which was also reliable but an extra thing to carry around). My partner and I both had to get separate e-sims which cost more than the 1 wifi device. However, this was a necessity this trip as we were in different places often and couldn’t share one wifi device.

As a solo traveller, I found the pocket wifi from Japan Wireless fantastic.
Pick up at Narita airport was quick and easy. Connecting my phone was easy.
The wifi was perfect throughout my trip, and I loved that I could use wifi calling and had unlimited data.
The extra power pack was also great because it was compatible with my phone as well as the pocket wifi, and I used it a few times to recharge my phone on long day trips out.
When I needed to extend my trip and my wifi rental for another week, that was also very easy and hassle-free to organise by email with Japan Wireless.
Sending it back was also easy - the envelope just went in the post box at Narita airport just before I went through passport control.

Overall, I could not fault the whole service. I would definitely use Japan Wireless pocket wifi again.
It was FANTASTIC - easy to use, reliable, convenient, and great value.
