The wifi unit was easy to start up and provided a stable connection throughout our travels with four regular users. The battery lasted the whole day in hot and humid conditions. Return via post at Narita airport was also simple

Easy. Quick. Reliable.

From order to drop-off everything is seamless. It takes a couple of minutes to make the order, getting the router is super quick (either get it to pick-up from the airport for instant internet access or get it to your hotel or next post station) and you are connected wherever you are in Japan!
I used it for 3 months and have never encountered a problem and I would recommend everyone to get one. I will on my next upcoming re-visit to Japan.

This was so helpful when we were traveling in Japan with 6 people. We were all able to be connected so we could use maps or whatever else requiring connectivity. We didn’t buy anything else in terms of eSIM cards so it turned out to be less expensive overall
