I purchased the service for 8 days and didn't experience any issues with it. It worked well no matter where we were.

Connectivity was constant and fast. Pickup and drop-off were seamless and easy. I loved it, would definitely use Japan Wireless again.

The whole order, pickup, setup and using process was simple to follow. I charged it each night before the next whole day of exploring and stayed connected all the time. Drop-off was also easy before customs.

Performance was fine, additional powerbank was super helpful, although there was not that much of a need, as the Wifi lasted quite long. Service was easy as well, so thank a lot, any time again!

Very easy and quick to retrieve WiFi box from pickup location. Employee was also very kind and quick with getting me my prereserved WiFi package. Once I was done I was able to return the package without any issue, as it provides instructions for that.

WiFi box itself was very easy to use and extremely reliable all across Japan, as it worked even in the most remote areasp. Instructions provided with it were also very clear and helpful.

The only issue we had was that the battery, including the back-up battery ran out of power very quickly; not even lasting the day (for both) on one of the units. The other units were good.
