The portable WiFi worked very well absolutely everywhere in Japan. The service from Japan Wireless was excellent, the device was at our hotel when we arrived and the procedure to post it back at the airport at the end of the holiday worked superbly.

Great service! fast delivery.

Although this wasn't the cheapest option, it was easy to set up, fast and reliable. I also had not data speed fair user restrictions to worry about.

I really enjoyed the experience. For 2 or more, is much better than an eSim in terms of price.

We were traveling from mid Japan to the south and rented the wifi solution that worked perfectly. The coverage was perfect and it was unlimited. The only problem - that really wasn’t a problem but a bit annoying was that it warned that the consumption was over the limit. But we used it anyhow and it worked well. Es hat alles gut geklappt und wir hatten immer eine gute Internetverbindung von morgens bis abends. Nur der Schalter zum Abholen am Flughafen war etwas schwierig zu finden.
