Convenient to pick up at airport. Used it everyday to find our way around. A must have tool for travel in Japan.

It was easy to use and pretty convenient for pick-up/drop-off (Kansai airport).

No concerns. Works as advertised. Wish box was smaller and more compact.

Though it wasn't the cheapest to rent this product, it was worth it. Used it all day every day to get from place to place - where would we be without google maps? Though the battery will die adter 8 hours or so, carrying the portable charger meant we were never without it. No issues with the product, easy to use and never faulted. Would highly recommend this over getting a sim (our friends had a sim and i'd say we were definitely better off).
