Ich hatte keine Probleme den Router zu bekommen geschweige ihn zurück zusenden.
Die Internet Geschwindigkeit war in 90% der fälle sehr Gut und auch Stabil. Ob Google Maps, Facebook oder andere Apps mit Internetverbindung liefen Super. Ich hatte nur Probleme mit dem Upload auf Odaiba(starke Schwankungen) und in Akihabara da ich viel während unserem Urlaub gestreamt habe viel es mir auf, bei normaler Benutzung keinerlei Probleme halt nur wenn ich Gestreamt habe kamm es zu Verbindungsabbrüchen (war warscheinlich zuviel los)

Easy pickup from airport, followed easy instructions to use and ultimately return back into the mailbox. The wi-fi was great. Only a couple of times the connection got lost for some reason, but it might be because we were in a weird location. Overall, would recommend to others.

great service and practical process

Service throughout the country (Tokyo- Nagano-Kyoto) was excellent. Battery life was excellent, and the extra battery came in handy for both the WiFi and our phones. But we recharged everything each night at our stays, which helped. Instructions for connecting couldn’t be easier. The one hiccup was that we were informed that we couldn’t pick up the WiFi at Haneda, and would have to wait for delivery to hotel next day. Planned to rely on WiFi for maps and all from the jump, so had a bit of hassle for the first day. Would use JW again.

Worked great for the entire trip, even outside major cities. Came with an extra battery pack too.

The service was grea, it worked fine everytime.
Also, with the power bank provided with the Mobile Wi-fi we were conected all day.
I highly reccomend japan wireless service.
