Ulasan

This is the perfect travel friend for visitors: fast, useful and without a single problem!

pick-up and drop-off were easy. Everything worked. Will use again next time.

This is the fourth time I hire this device and it’s always perfect and very reliable. Customer support excellent

The only reason a docked a star from the rating is that the unit I received would occasionally overheat and shutdown. Other than that, the actual service was excellent. Picking it up and dropping it off at the end of my trip was a breeze as well.

I always use their service when going to Japan. Very convenient and easy to return.

This product worked great except for one time early in a morning, I had to reset because it was no signal. But the instruction for reset did not come with so I had to wait until 10am to talk to someone who could help me how to reset. My suggestion is that it would be nice if there is a number for 24 hours service for emergency.

Very good, highly recommend

Excellent function, easy delivery, fast internet, absolutely recommendable

Use it everyday. I go to japan frequently and WiFi is a must. Japan WiFi works great every time so they are who I prefer to use.
