We carried our Japan Wireless portable hotspot during our 10 day trip in Japan. We went to Osaka, Tokyo, Nagoya and Nara (among other places). There were NO issues in any locations with connectivity. I had seven people connected at all times. The fees are extremely reasonable, service is impeccable. I highly recommend this to anyone needing to stay connected in Japan, especially those from the U.S.

El servicio fue perecto, no me falló para nada. Se calienta un poco el módem ya después del tiempo pero sería todo. Volvería a solicitar su servicio y es recomendable totalmente. Muchas gracias!!

This product was wonderful and I never have any issues with it what so ever. The battery on the device lasted a full day each trip. The backup battery was handy and I really only used it to charge my phone. I highly recommend this product. I had it for 14 days with zero issues.

We used this potable wifi traveling in Hokkaido. We had no problem in using that even in Otari, Noboribetsu, and Hakone Farm.
The pick up at the airport and return by drop off to post office using the provided envelope was very easy.
That took us a while to activate the device and needed to be patience to wait for it to search for good signal. We were panic when it was not working in the beginning.....

It a must when travel in Japan, no issues, just don't forget to return before pass security gate at airport, we learned hard lesson, other than that it's perfect.

I ordered the pocket Wi-Fi for 8 days and ALWAYS I was online, even in the underground shop etc. Really good customer service and very kind! 100% recommend!

Having Pocket WiFi made our trip so much more enjoyable, being able to easily find our way to various sights in Tokyo, as well as being able to follow a sporting event back home, and read news while riding the bus or transit. My only minor irritation was that after running out of power twice because of high useage, I had to carry the portable power pack along with a somewhat bulky connection cord.
