Worked everywhere on our trip and it was very convenient to have service available. Super easy to get it delivered to our hotel and to post back in the supplied envelope at the airport. Very good value for money.

This was a great solution for our 2-week trip to Japan. Easy pick-up and drop-off at the post office in Narita Airport. Worked well all trip - made it really easy to work with Google maps to find places we were trying to get to and check out reviews on local restaurants! Highly recommend! The only issue was the external battery that was provided didn't hold a charge for as long as I'd like, but I was already carrying my own for the trip that had a super long life, so just used that instead.
