No complaints. Connection was perfect for maps and WiFi on the tun

The device works very well in any situation and in any location, with no loss of connection and with a download speed always very high, but above all the service and support given by Japan Wirelss team is amazing: I had a problem with the companion mobile battery, and the team sent me a new one at my hotel in just one hour... Simply perfect!

i still don't have it, but i think this could be the best way to travel, cause there are many things to see in japan

We were really happy to have this product. In a country like japan, for whatever question you have, its graet to know you have internet available at all times! Great service and the price is worth it.

Did a solo trip in japan recently and had the pleasure of stumbling across Japan Wireless a few days before departing. They had next day delivery which I got delivered straight to my hotel, so easy. Extremely easy to set up plus you can have up to 10 people using it. Was debating to either get a SIM card or go a japan wireless device as everyone said its best to only get them when in groups but totally glad I went with japan wireless even as a solo traveller due to unlimited internet plus wicked speeds and the easiest set up.
