Best ever to use while traveling thru Japan! Traveled from Tokyo to Kyoto, Nara, Fukuoka, Kagoshima & Hiroshima and never had an issue! Great reception everywhere we toured. Used it with 2 iPhones & ipads! Picked it up from airport & you mailed it back in the postage paid envelope at the airport! Flawless and easy! Would totally recommend this and would definitely use this again in Japan!

I had a little issues with my 1st pocket wi-fi and with one e-mail problem resolved and got a new one right away, I will use Japan-wireless again on my next trip.

This is the third time renting while my stay in Japan. I travel all over Japan and I can count on hooking my pc for my work as well as my smart phone. My co-worker rented from an another company and constantly had connectivity issues.

Vert practical

Cannot fault japan wireless at all, everything was so easy from collection to use to drop off. The wifi is a really great strength and multiple people uses it all day.

My only recommendation for people getting the wifi would be to make sure you turn it off at your hotel as we often left it on rather than use the hotel wifi and the battery drained heavily!
