Used this on my recent trip to Japan with my girlfriend and it was very useful. Obtaining it, setting it up and returning it was very easy! My girlfriend and I used this during our stay in Tokyo and Kyoto. We used this thing day and night, it was better than the hotel WiFi. A charge lasted around 8ish hours, but the included portable charger solved that issue. I would recommend it to anyone heading to Japan and I would definitely rent another one from Japan Wireless.

Love that the pickup location was easily accessible at the airport and that a portable battery pack and a return envelope was included. I shared this wifi with 2 other people and the speed was great for all day usage.

This wifi is a lifesaver. Never lost connection and the data speeds were fast. I felt safe travelling in Tokyo because of this wifi. I was always using google maps whenever I was using the train system and I never got lost. Will use this wifi again when I come back to Japan. Tip: Pick up and drop off at Narita airport. Saves lots of time.

I ordered my simcard from Denmark with delivery to the hotel where we would be staying. The card awaited my arrival and was very easy to use. I can only recommend the solution as datatraffic with a foreign phone is very expencive in Japan.

Good connectivity, easy to use. I wish it charged faster and that the charge lasted longer, but otherwise it was fine.

Worked flawlessly throughout the entire trip, with great speeds. Definitely would recommend!

Quick, good price, excellent

We bought a 30 day pre-paid unlimited data SIM card the day before we travelled from Australia to Japan. It was waiting for us at the Post Office at Narita Terminal 2 the next day and was incredibly useful. Easy switch into the iPhone and then we used Google maps constantly to navigate around the cities we visited and to find out accommodation in each new location. Also used it to look for ideas for meals and places to visit as well as checking train timetables. The best value for money AU$68 we spent on the trip. I strongly recommend this and will buy again next time we visit.
