Tiene una excelente cobertura, nunca me quede sin servicio, ademas el powerbank que te envía con el dispositivo es super funcional.
La verdad es que en mi próxima visita no dudare en contratar nuevamente este servicio!!!

I recommend to use this pocket wifi if you travel Japan. It works well, easy to obtain and return, reasonable price.

Something that you need in japan. This pocket kept me connected everywhere I went.

My family and friends (group of 6 adults) spent 10 beautiful days in Japan. We used Japan Wireless Premium WiFI with additional battery pack (included in the offer) and we were very satisfied and pleasantly surprised (!!!) with it. As soon as we landed in Japan, we took wifi pocket package in the post office at Narita airport and used it ALL the time, until we put it back in the post box in front of passport control on departure gates (in the same airport) 10 days later.
We traveled to Tokyo, Nikko, Kyoto, Osaka, Kamakura,.. and signal was perfect!
Of those 6 adults, 3 was older teenagers (meaning: instagram, youtube, twitter, facebook - non stop...) + google maps, normal internet and mail usage for rest of us (older) all the time. You can imagine internet data usage. We were in the move all the time (and we always used wifi included in hotel offer during night), but we manage to spent almost 90 GB of data transfer through Premium Wifi Pocket without any problems or teenagers shouts of displeasure.
So, Japan Wireless Premium Wifi deserves our FULL RECOMMENDATIONS AS PERFECT CHOICE for tourists in JAPAN.

It was perfect. The pick up at the airport was really easy and the internet was also really good.

All I needed for my holiday :) .
Was very easy to set up.
The battery life was long enough to last a full day, spare battery was provided just in case. All in all, very happy with the product and service.

It works very well everywhere and it allows to keep in contact every where during my travel in Japon .

Spent 10 days in Osaka, Kyoto and Tokyo, and never had a problem with access. Japan Wireless is the way to go for reliable service and ease of rental. I will be using them again!
