Never failed and always on bayyery

Signal never dropped even when in Hakuba (unfortunately signal was weak for my sister who used a different provider - so I was happy that mine was strong and worked well)(, easy pick up and return of device, great communication, the speed was great throughout my 20 days using it (and we used it quite a lot).

I use this service every year when I come to Japan. Easy to pick up, easy to return, and the price is very affordable. We are usually three people when we travel with 1 to 2 phones or tablets each. The battery lasts about 10 or 12 hours, but the powerbank extends it quite a bit. In our last trip (11 days), I think we only used the powerbank once.
