Have been using it for about a month and absolutely no issues at all. Very easy to use and plenty fast for at least 2 people, no matter what you do. Watching full hd movies, streaming live events, downloading things online, you name it, this is enough for all of them. Advertised speed was sth around 90mbps and I guess it lives up to its reputation. Definitely recommend it.

Quick and timely delivery to my hotel. Works perfectly. Much cheaper than any 'roaming' bargain. Second time I'm using this service and I will do it again next time I come to Japan!

Provide good product and service

We ordered 2 wi-fi units to be delivered to our hotel. They were there when we checked in and the units came with power banks which were very useful. We didn’t really use the pocket translator as the Google app on our phones worked better for us. My only suggestion would be to provide 2 return envelopes when multiple units are to be returned as we struggled to get everything in the envelope then it was too big to go in the postbox at the airport so we had to open and rearrange. We would use again as very happy with the product. Thank you.

The customer service is excellent, very responsive! Five + stars! I found the router connection and speeds to be sometimes good, sometimes not so good, somewhat unreliable: 3 stars.

As advertised, fast, no daily or monthly data limit, no slow speeds, no fake advertising like other companies. Super fast post to my address. Thank you.
