Had the pocket wifi delivered to my hotel and it was there waiting for me at check-in. This was despite the fact that I booked it that same morning.
The device couldn’t be easier to setup and connect. It worked perfectly everywhere we went and allowed us to navigate the streets and rode the trains all so easily. I would recommend this to anyone traveling to Japan and will be getting one again on my next trip!

I highly recommend this service! Easy to pick up on arrival at the airport. It worked really well for the whole 4 weeks we were in Japan, even when we were on off-shore islands.
Easy to return. Instructions were clear. When we needed an extension due to airport issues, it was so easy to do this. Will use them again upon my return to Japan.

Placed my order just 2 business days before my trip to Japan and was worried since my arrival was on New Year's Day. My order was at my hotel upon my arrival on 01/01/23 and the device was super easy to use/set-up. The battery life of the portable device lasted all day for a full 11 hours out and about with extensive usage. The wifi was used in Tokyo and the mountains of Hokkaido (Rusutsu Resort) and I had full service throughout my trip. Drop off was super easy as well and I just left it with my hotel front desk instead of the airport drop-off. Overall - super convenient and awesome coverage/service.
