I pick up this pocket Wi-Fi in NRT and traveling Tokyo and Sapporo, its coverage is good and battery usually can last almost a day without additional charging, highly recommended!

Hassle free collection at our hotel on arrival. Easy to connect and use. Easy to return at the airport on departure. Would definitely use again.

Good speed and value for money. Even without the powerbank the internal battery can last for a good 8hrs, the power bank is good for standby. Never had any issue with coverage from the top of Gala Yuzawa or at Mt Fuji. Easy pick up at the hotel and drop off at the airport. Highly recommended!!

Good service. However do you hesitate and start over again the order process the rental rate has gone up! We had to use another browers to get the initial rate again. Stop with this, thank you. Consumers are smart too 😉

We have used Japan Wireless routers for years, every time we traveled to Japan. We had not had any issues until this February when we traveled to Hokkaido. The router was not charging properly so we contacted Japan Wireless. They were able to send a replacement in a couple of days and refunded the 2 days lost. We are happy to say they back their products up and strive to ensure the product is properly working.
