Excellent service. I love it where i can return it in the mailbox with envelope provided at the end if my trip. Very fast reliable internet service.

It was very easy to use, just enter the details into your phone and you are good to go. :) If your flight is at night and afraid that you won't make it to the branch in the airport, you can always opt for delivery to the hotel your are staying in. Sending it back is easy. :) you can ask the hotel where the nearest post office. :) Will definitely use this again when I go back to Japan.

Rented one for my first trip to Japan and found it to be extremely helpful for navigating with my phone. Had service everywhere I went and good speeds.

Cannot recommend this good company enough. Fantastic fast wireless service and excellent customer service. If you’re coming to japan, I believe you can’t go wrong using Japan Wireless. I used them for business visits and then moved here and turned a short term rental into a long term, we liked it so much. Customer service made everything so easy. Enjoy their services!!

Was invaluable and a constant companion on my travels!

Very Easy (bit hard to find pickup desk first time in japan). No problems with connection, went tokyo,kyoto,hiroshima+miyajima island with no issues. Battery lasted all day. Didn't really need to use the extra power bank but was useful for phones etc on trains. Mail back was super easy with prepackaged envelope and instructions. 2 Week Trip Feb 2023. Would use again on next trip
