So convenient! Made Wi-Fi during our trip easy.

I used this for a 2 week trip in Japan and had solid connection whether in Tokyo, Kanazawa, Kyoto, Osaka, or Hakone. We had three people using it and it was great. The only downside is that if Wifi is used a lot, the battery life isn't that long. The shortest time was around 6 hours. Though they provide a battery pack, if the pocket wifi device is completed drained, then the small battery is not capable of charging the wifi. We relied on a bigger one that we brought.

Efficient and useful

We use Japan Wireless every time we travel to Japan. We love in addition to the wifi that it comes with a battery pack for charging on the go. Delivery was seamless as well. Can’t say enough good things about this company!

fEverything has been easy as described and even more. The wi-fi worked perfectly, we always had a good connection in 99% of the places we visited: Tokyo, Nakasendo trail, Kyoto, Nara, Osaka, Koyasa, Hiroshima. The battery worked fine and the power bank included helped us to arrive at the end of the day (sometime we have been 16 hours without possibility of recharging). Great experience, thanks.

Easy pick up (timely delivered to hotel), clear instructions and easy use. Also, handy return prior to boarding our flight back. Great service!

I couldn’t be happier with this service. The pack was at my hotel as I had ordered, and everything worked perfectly. It was easy to use even for a very non-tech person like me.
