Very positive experience, great connection everywhere!

Easy purchase and dropped at hotel on the same day. Worked flawlessly for our time in Japan

Everything from ordering the product, having it delivered to our hotel and then returned at the end of the rental period, was seamless and first rate.

Highly recommended for staying connected in Japan.

We really enjoyed using the tool. It was easy to handle. Just Great with only a few exceptions were we had to restart the tool. But overall we recommend it to everyone going to Japan.

Travelled from Tokyo to Kyoto then to Osaka, connection has always been good! So easy to bring around, good to have an extra power bank.

This device had clear and easy directions for set up. Very reliable and compact. Reasonably priced and perfect for my visit to Japan - i had constant access to wifi! Great product and service.. thank you!

we used the pocket wifi for 2 weeks in Japan, it was great. No issues, excellent product, great price and the pick up and drop of was seamless.....would highly recommend.

Fantastic to have a very reliable WiFi gear. Thanks for a great service.

The portable WIFI unit was very helpful, was delivered to hotel on time, came with simple instructions and was easily returned. The translator was more challenging but still useful.

Keeps us connected all throughout our trip to Japan. Unlimited data. More affordable than the overcharged roaming fees for mobile carrier.
