Ulasan

Optimum coverage and functionality. Battery was enough for the entire day. Easy pick up but (the only cons) I had to drop back via standard post instead of giving at airport. I would've preferred to give back at airport as advertised.

It worked so well. Kept a charge and I always had high speed wifi. Will definitely use them again when I return to Japan. Was traveling solo so only used for one device and can’t speak to how well it would work for multiple devices, but it was so easy to use. A bit heavy to carry around (I always had a shoulder bag or tote) so keep that in mind, however my last night I went out and just stuck it in my pant pocket and hardly noticed once I got used to it.

Always a favorite step of my trip plans. This time round, I only remembered to order the wifi just before I get on my plane!

Thankfully the staff on their hotline advised me on how they can deliver it in time for me, since I was going out of Tokyo the day after landing.

So happy to see the package before my check in!

Works well throughout our trip

Connection was very good. Reasonable rental price.

Super easy reservation, pick up, usage, and return! Recommend and would use again

This machine was excellent. Lasted almost the whole day without needing to charge and worked perfectly.

We've been using Japan Wireless whenever we travel and every experience has been amazing. Thank you so much for being so reliable and a brand we can trust to make our vacations the best experience possible!

Amazing device. Highly recommend for anyone traveling throughout Japan.

I usually don't do reviews but your services and products deserve one:
Your arrangement worked flawlessly. We were handed the modem while at the hotel checking in. It was easy to use, with high connectivity, with a backup battery and wonderfully, with a return envelope.
THANK YOU, WE VERY MUCH APPRECIATE IT!
