The pocket wifi was the best thing we rented in Japan. Worked beautifully, and it was very convenient. The delivery to the hotel and drop off process was seamless. All who need wifi access and are travelling within Japan should rent this pocket wifi.

Japan Wireless was such a pleasure to deal with. Had our WiFi pack delivered directly to the hotel and it was there waiting for us when we checked in. Returning the pack was also very easy as they had already provided us with a return paid envelope. Just put everything into the envelope and drop it off in any letter box, including those in the airport.

Never had any problems with connections and was able to connect 4 devices easily with no loss of speed. WiFi battery lasted 1 whole day without charging even though they do provide a power bank for your convenience.

Will definitely order 1 more for our next trip to Japan, great value!

Efficient delivery, and stable consistent wifi through our two weeks in Japan.

The device worked flawlessly throughout our two-week trip to four different cities. It was waiting for me at the hotel when I arrived in country, and drop-off at the airport was easily accomplished. The device was easy to carry, and the battery life was more than sufficient. Highly recommended!

Excellent service and a truly big help during our two week stay in Japan. Fast and steady wifi throughout. The only exception was when taking the Shinkansen to Kyoto from Tokyo when then train was in the countryside. But the Shinkansen has its onboard WiFi as well, though not as fast. Otherwise no problem whatsoever, with four people sharing the wifi. I warmly recommend this service.
