Very light to carry around. Cheaper than other. Can use 20% off coupon found online. Very good internet connection. Used it on Tokyo, Osaka, Nara and Kyoto trip. Prepaid envelope is provided for returning the pocket wifi.

Only suggestion is to include instructions/directions to the post office box inside the airport terminal for return.

Wow what a great service

Purchasing the item online was simple and easy. Picked it up at Narita airport was hassle free. Setting up the device was quick and easy. Network signal was available in all areas of Japan even in the country side and mountains. Battery life was good. It lasted the entire day. The wifi signal was robust for 5 phones that were connected to it. The device was small and light weight and slipped into our pockets or bagpacks neatly. The only was the charging cable provided was faulty and so used are own. The mail drop of service at the airport was easy. Definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Japan.

I utilized Japan Wireless for my time in Japan. The device never failed me once, I had fast instance Wi-Fi wherever I went.
